· Collaborate with Production supervisors and Divisional Lead Design, on best possible designs for ease of manufacturing and to minimize costs, while maintaining design integrity to meet requirements.
· CAD design including 3D concept designs and detailing, existing machine design modifications, and possibly 2D cad designs. Assembly Drawing creation, including ballooning.
· Follow Engineering and company procedures and standards.
· Collaborate with and obtain quotes from Suppliers on part selection for best lead time and cost factors and ensure technical suitability.
· Part and BOM creation within ERP system.
